Canceling Orders
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at STGsupport@jelsert.com or as soon as possible. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled. However, we will attempt to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.
If your order has already shipped and we are able to process a return to sender, we will charge a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO, or APO locations.
